1. 非中國籍人士；
2. 對華友好，無違法犯罪記錄，遵守中國政府的法律、法規和學校的規章制度；
3. 身心健康，品學兼優；
4. 有志于從事中文教育、教學及相關工作；
5. 年齡為 16-35 周歲（統一以 2025 年 9 月 1 日計）。在職中文教師放寬至 45 周歲。本科獎學金申請者一般不超過25周歲。

Scholarship for Master’s Degree in International Chinese Language Education

The program commences in September 2025, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of two academic years.
具有大學本科學歷。漢語考試成績達到 HSK（五級）210 分、HSKK（中級）60 分。提供畢業后擬任教機構工作協議或相關證明者優先。
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree. Applicants should have a minimum score of 210 on the HSK Test (Level 5) and 60 on the HSKK test (Intermediate Level). Priority will be given to applicants who may provide an employment contract with a teaching institution upon completing their studies in China or proof to the same effect.
Scholarship for Bachelor’s Degree in International Chinese Language Education
2025年9月入學，資助期限為4年。
The program commences in September 2025, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of four academic years.
具有高中學歷。漢語考試成績達到 HSK（四級）210分、HSKK（中級）60 分。
Applicants should hold a senior high school diploma and have a minimum score of 210 on the HSK Test (Level 4) and 60 on the HSKK test (Intermediate Level).
Scholarship for One-Year Study Program
2025年9月入學，資助期限為11個月。
The program commences in September 2025, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of eleven months.
國際中文教育方向，漢語考試成績達到 HSK（三級）270分，具有HSKK成績；漢語言文學、中國歷史、中國哲學等方向，漢語考試成績達到 HSK（四級）180 分、HSKK（中級）60分；漢語研修方向，漢語考試成績達到 HSK（三級）210 分，提供 HSKK 成績者優先。
Applicants of international Chinese language education programs should have a minimum score of 270 on the HSK test (Level 3), and an HSKK test score is required. Applicants of Chinese language and literature, Chinese history, or Chinese philosophy programs shall have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level 4) and 60 on the HSKK test (Intermediate Level). 國際中文教育、漢語言文學、中國歷史、中國哲學等方向，漢語考試成績達到 HSK（三級）180 分，具有HSKK成績；中醫、太極文化方向，具有HSK成績，同時提供HSKK成績者優先。
Applicants of international Chinese language education, Chinese language and literature, Chinese history, or Chinese philosophy programs should have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level 3), and an HSKK test score is required. Applicants of traditional Chinese medicine or Taiji culture programs are required to provide HSK test scores, and priority will be given to those who also provide an HSKK test score.
Scholarship for Four-Week Study Program
2025年7月或12月入學，資助期限為4周。
The program commences either in July or December 2025, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of four weeks.
漢語研修、中醫、太極文化、漢語言+中國家庭體驗等方向，具有HSK成績。可由推薦機構組團進行報名，并事先聯系我校確定在華學習計劃，提前報中心審批，每團 10-15 人。
Applicants of Chinese language study, traditional Chinese medicine, Taiji culture, or Chinese language plus homestay with a Chinese family program are required to provide an HSK test score. The program may be organized and applied for by a Recommending Institution with 10-15 participants per group. Before the trip, a detailed study plan should be made in consultation with Northwest University and such plan should be submitted to CLEC for review and approval.
Scholarships for Online Programs
1. 一學年漢語研修線上項目：每年 9 月或 3 月入學。一般漢語水平考試成績需達到 HSK（三級）180 分，提供 HSKK成績者優先。
2. 一學期漢語研修線上項目：每年 9 月或 3 月入學。一般需具有漢語水平考試（HSK）成績（對級別和成績不作具體要求）。
3. 專項線上研修項目：具體申請條件和申請辦法，請咨詢西北大學國際教育學院。

The successful applicant must confirm with NWU to go through the procedures of studying in China, print out the scholarship certificate online.
5. 按西北大學大學錄取通知書規定的時間入學報到。
Register at NWU on the designated date as per the Letter of Admission.

Policies Regarding In-service Chinese Language Teachers And Chinese Bridge Winners
在職中文教師
在職中文教師申請各類獎學金，可提供就職機構出具的在職證明和推薦信，同等條件下優先錄取。
In-service Chinese language teachers may provide proof of employment and a letter of recommendation from the organisation in which they are employed, and priority will be given to them under the same conditions.
在各類漢語橋比賽中獲得 “國際中文教師獎學金證書”者，登錄國際中文教師獎學金網站，憑獎學金證書向目標接收院校提交申請材料。
Applicants who have received the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Certificate during Chinese Bridge competitions may submit their application documents along with their scholarship certificates to the Host Institutions directly at the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website.
